Rules of Life!

1. People are going to judge you no matter what you do so why care.
2. Your only purpose in life is to make your self happy.
3. If some one wants to stay in your life they will make effort don't run after them.
4. Spend every day getting better than you were yesterday.
5. Take risk bcoz life starts out of comfort zone.
6. Only when you ask questions will you get answers.
7. There is no such thing as timing, you got to take your chances.
8. You cannot change the way someone thinks or feels about you so stop trying to impress just be yourself.
9. Love thyself as thy Neighbour, don't be too critical of yourself we all make mistakes , learn from them and  move on nobody is perfect.

2013 is here 6 years of blogging Phew!

Its is 2013 time flies with a jet pack! doesn't it?  so much more I have to accomplish and I have so little time.
2012 has been life changing and 2013 will be Legendary, I am gonna take more risks , live more out of my comfort zone.

Live for no one

The most complicated word I have come across is 'LIFE' ; its truly very very difficult to live your life the way you want without being influenced by society. Almost everything we do, we do thinking how would others react? This kind of thinking and net of false security restricts us from doing what we really want to do. My only advice is just once in a day do what your heart says and not what your brain . Do what make you uncomfortable, expand your horizon. Express more. Love more. LIVE more.

Being Human but in Humane

I see most youngsters wearing T-Shirt bearing slogan Being Human, its a NGO founded by Salman Khan probably one of the best actors in Bollywood. When I heard the name of the NGO I was surprised as to why it was named "Being Human" and not "Being Humane" , now please don't ask whats the difference. Mother Teressa was Humane Hitler was Human that is the difference.  I wondered why Salman Khan named it Being human and not humane , I got answer to it immediately what else would he name it after all killing 7 innocent people while in drunken state is being Human . The great Judiciary system of India decided that people  needed to watch few more movies from this great human and punishing him for his crimes did not weigh enough against movies like Ready, Dabang and wanted. Lives of 7 lowly citizens of India did not matter against entertainment value of billions of Indians.

Re-Revolution

 "Anna Hazare zindabad , Anna Hazare zindabad", I see so may people shouting the slogan on the roads saying they support lokpal Bill and that they are Against corruption.I wonder if Lokpal is the only way to end corruption and if it passes will it make any difference. I see this as a struggle yes a struggle but not for people but for power which reminds me of Gandhi Ji during our independence who sided with Nehru to form Govt. This movement will give power to Anna Hazare and his support will decide who forms the government. Anna Hazare no doubt is inherently a good person but wants and thrives on power and if we go by history we all know that power corrupts. People of India can gain true power only when the need for change, for a revolution arises from with in, which people from all corners and strata of society start and not by a mere bunch of people who think a law or a bill can bring a change.I fear the worst that in the end people of India the greatest and biggest democracy  in the world will loose any hope there is left for this country. I know one thing for sure I am going to do my part for its my karma and hope everything else falls in place.

Leadership!

How do you define a leader? is he who drives team towards common goal? is he who takes all burden himself? is he the most skilled person in the group?

for me leader is the one who has got attitude to learn anything from everything he looks for opportunities in adversities and one who faces the storms himself before leading others in to it.

I think most of the great leaders had that inborn spark in them just that it had to be discovered. So if leadership is inborn what about others?

Leadership qualities can be developed but never learnt, and developing takes years of handwork and perseverance.

Never Give UP

June 5th 2010 I had imprinted "Never Give UP" forever on my body to remind myself that anything is achievable all we have to do is never stop dreaming no matter how many setbacks.

Life with no regrets

I have just realized that giving your today for better tomorrow is just waste of life because that future might not exist. Live in such a way that even if you died today you would have no regrets.

M@rri@ge - is it an End or a Begnning ?

Last 10 days had been very eventful, probably busiest days of this year. No, not because of work or a trip. In these ten days three people close to me got married and changed theirs and others life for ever. Attending these weddings made me think "is this the end of what they used to be carefree, careless, fearless......or was it a new beginning with true bliss of life where you learn to share each and every thing?" since I am a bachelor with no interest or sense of commitment I don't know how to react on such occasions, should I be Happy or sad.....What do you think about this new lease of life is it a bond which creates boundaries or is it a bind which is stronger than any?

Note: In INDIA marriage changes definition and nature of all relations as its a marriage between families and not just people.

Cranky "SKANK"

A place where there is unlimited knowledge accessible to everyone is .....Library NO, come on guys you can guess this its pretty easy its Internet dumbo, yeah greatest and most vast collection of knowledge but besides that it is a medium where you have right to free speech, right to expression.
Blogging is one of such tools on internet which enables us to exert these rights, but some incidents such as SKANK GAL makes me question if this medium will remain the way it is. will such incidents make average internet user cautious to such an extent that people will stop expressing themselves or posting their opinion for fear of being sued. In my opinion court judgment was a big set back for all those people who believe in freedom of expression. So do you agree with me.

I know it's wrong but feels so right

Have you ever wondered or observed that most people are actually attracted to people who are so wrong for them, yet they cant understand why. This is what i call self destruct button and believe me, we all have it.Everything about this person is wrong and sometimes you even come off with a head ache, yet you cannot help but get attracted to them.Life is weirdly beautiful and sometimes things like this make me explore myself more rather than get dejected after a relationship ends.

Do u like it slow

How many of you like it really slow? let me clear it up before you think something naughty i am talking about hot chocolate. Have u heard of "Chocolate Room" if you are from Madhapur Hyderabad probably you have , its this new place where u get coffee and choco stuff. I had gone there and ordered hot chocolate with mint flavor and what i got is soup like odd shaped bowl with a metal stirrer which coupled as a straw. Yeah it was nice presentation but very odd coz when ever i tried to take a sip my sipper got hot and burnt my lips. when i asked waiter to get it in normal mug he told me that i was supposed to sip it hot and believe me if you actually do that you will take atleast 3 hours to finish it. It was not that bad coz we could laugh about it and I always get to ask him what will I get my drink in.

For those ppl who dont know me I am Priyank I am guy with 24 years old body with training to fight in corporate world for 2 years, I am an engineer by pro but I am not here to talk abt me I am here to talk abt the place I call 'ZOO'.

NOTE: Hyderabad is a slow paced city where ppl are more concerned with what others do or what they had done in past.

sex ratio as per statistics 9.2 girls for every 10 boys

sex ratio observed on road: 2 girls for every 10 boys

so which is this place I call 'zoo'

In general terms its a place where ppl go to see animals in cages but here its place where guys go to just look at girls.

ZOO: public places like malls, some specific roads and yeah pubs.

most preferred is malls they are free most expensive are pubs here generally you can gain entry only if u have good influence or money or at least one girl even if she is with 10 guys doesn't matter probably even they know its damn battlefield out there.

ME: victim of great Indian mentality.

Bottom line: Here you will find guys staring at a grl most of the time i don't do that but cant blame anyone who does coz its very rare commodity here.

End of an Era

It's an end of an era today, for my family have lost last person who had seen pre-independent India. Yes, I have lost my granny to be honest It wont change my life in any way but then I will miss those old village tales and I will surely miss talking loud ,yeah we had to shout at top of our voice when talking to her for she was a bit deaf.I am happy for her, for she had all her children by her side when she had chosen to leave this life and go on another adventure .

Happy is what Happy does

I don't know what makes people happy or for that matter I even don't know what makes me happy or sad but as I write this post the only thing that comes across my mind is I am at peace with myself.Since past few days things have been working quite well for me and probably one person I need to thank for all this is my Ex colleague whom I have never met yet chat with all the time.The only suggestion I got from her was "be happy no matter what happens and people will start linking you and more importantly you will start liking yourself".

There is no end

Have you ever felt like the road is never gonna end no matter how fast you drive or how long you drive, every thing is just fine yet you have that sinking feeling.I am going through that phase of life where every thing seems right but doesn't feel right.
Sometimes I feel like I don't have any control over myself I don't know what I want to do or what will make me happy.

Drenched with joy

I had joined my new job just a month back and since then my daily routine had been very boring just moving between home and office.One day while coming back to home I found my self caught in sudden downpour, while most of the people on bikes stopped to take shelter myself on contrary loved this sudden downpour as at least ii had brought some change in my daily routine.On the way I met a small accident which I thought was not that bad thing to happen as it gave me something to think about.Sometimes you need something different to happen to break from your daily routine and when that happens you will always welcome it even if its something that is unfavorable for you.

NOTE:I love riding my bike in rain.

Funny how good things turn sour

you know they say "think before you wish carefully" I hate it when that saying comes true coz u get what you wish for and then you realize you never wanted it this way.I am going through the same situation only difference is I may get a bit richer in the process.

Enjoy the small moments

After attending my friend's brother's wedding on Sunday ,me and my other friend Ajit left the function hall in wee hours of the morning. on our way home we took a wrong turn and ended up hitting one dead end after other ,this was the best time I had whole week. we busted with laughter every time we hit dead end wondering about our foolishness to get lost on the way which we have traveled several times.

What I want from life

I have herd that life gives you everything you ask it for provided you know what you need from life.when I came across this phrase for first time I thought this cant be right I have asked life many things and haven't got most of them,but I soon realized that I myself did not know what I really wanted from my life for I kept on changing my goals , wishes , wants so quickly that I confused life and it ended up giving me nothing.
